Timesheets
Time sheets are due at noon CST every Tuesday. To ensure faster processing always be sure to include all information such as your printed name, hospital name, social security number, and client signatures. Missing information may result in a delay in processing.

Remember that while some banks my process direct deposits early, the official InteliStaf Travel Pay date is on Friday, end of business day. We are unable to request a deposit to post any earlier than our Friday pay date.

Timecard Cheatsheet
For your convenience we have created a time card cheat sheet. Just print out and cut the cheat sheet for helpful reference on filling out your time cards. When folded in thirds, the cheat sheet will be the size of a business card, perfect for your wallet, purse or pocket.
